AFS Janitorial is a leading provider of janitorial, interior facility services and exterior facility maintenance to the commercial sector throughout the State of Florida. Our organization currently has three Florida offices servicing commercial management companies, hospitals & health care facilities, higher education, K -12 educational facilities, automotive, and a variety of other type of facilities ranging from small to large. AFS Janitorial currently services over 500 locations throughout the state of Florida.

History
Founded on the principals of integrity, loyalty and hard work, AFS Janitorial has enjoyed steady growth as we consistently add new team members and technologies, while continuing to increase the breadth of our janitorial offerings to a wide variety of industries.
In January 2010, AFS Janitorial acquired Future Innovations Janitorial (FIJ), Inc. to provide our clients with superior customer service, increased facility supervision and care, and improved economy of scales. FIJ has been providing janitorial services statewide for over 35 years, lending both experience and expertise to the newly expanded company.
In September 2010, AFS Janitorial made its second acquisition of the year, acquiring the resources of USA Commercial Cleaners who has been servicing the Orlando Metropolitan area for over 15 years; once again strengthening AFS Janitorial's resources throughout the state of Florida.
